First of all I think a good training organization must developed continuously. This rule applies to a single training session only as for the program of one year training as well, etc.
Effective against problematic behavior is to train your body by a carefully Iaidotraining itself, to foreshadow. Every training simply will reduce sedentary office work, display stress or hardening and shortening of (back) muscles. Nothing helps better, however, as extensive training. This has to be quite intense, to act against the poor (seated) impact of long work days. Kata of Seitei-Iai are particularly favorable for the development of good posture.
Clearly sustainable and useful supplementary exercises in the field of Pilates are derived. You can integrate them into the training routine without effort. Here are two small exercises that help strengthen the muscles close to the core (use at your own risk!).
1. Bridge of the front
Simply hold the position, for example for 1 x 10 and 2 x 10 (slowly counted) seconds. Good for the entire front of the fuselage. Tip: do not sag your belly. Looks harmless, but it works.
Variation: bridge with arm lift
This is a nice enhancement of the exercise above which does not speak against them. One can easily tackle the things a different way.
2. Rear bridge
Strengthens the muscles and lower back towards sitting / standing on the body. Please perform in slow motion, perhaps 10 times consecutively. Good dynamic movement which works through the whole body.
